The first Slovenian port, designed back in 1974 is located in the town of Portorož. This marina has 650 moorings for boats with maximum length 30 m and a maximum draft of 3.80 m. Its facilities include water and electricity, fuel, safety monitoring and a pump for sewage and bilge. It also has a full service boat repair. In the Marina Portoroz find a wide range of nautical equipment stores. There are also many agencies for sales and rental boats. Clients have the opportunity to swim in the pool with sea water, to take advantage of the magnificent sports installations with tennis courts and stadium, and they can enjoy racing and international events.
